So the other day I had lunch with a friend who just became a father for the first time. It is fun to hear his stories and how much his life has changed. He said something like “last month seemed like a year ago!”
We shared stories and I offered some of my own insights regarding dummies, formula and sleeping. I even demonstrated my Houdini swaddling method in the middle of the food court, using a napkin and a knife to represent the baby. Hilarious. A few days later he said it worked a treat!
Maybe I should add a parenting section to share other little things I have learnt along the way.
